Straight answers
How long does it take?
Your preview is usually ready within a week. The full site takes 2 to 3 weeks after you go ahead.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On a build you pay for, the design, code and content are yours once it's paid in full. On the nothing-upfront plan your content is always yours, and the design and code become yours after 24 payments, or sooner if you pay off the rest.
Do your prices include GST?
Our prices have no GST added. If we register for GST later, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it's added.
What happens after the 24 payments?
The site is yours. Your Care or Growth plan carries on at its normal price, NZ$55 or NZ$119 a month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What do you need from me?
For the preview, just your business name, and your website or Instagram if you have one. If you go ahead, we ask for your logo, prices and any photos you like. We write the words, and you check them.
Is my web address included?
Your web address is registered in your name, and you pay for it directly, usually NZ$25 to NZ$40 a year. We set it up and look after the technical side. Enquiries from your website go to the email and mobile you already use. If your web address is held by your old web designer, we help you move it into your own name.
Can you move our email?
Yes. If your email is with your old web host, it stops working when that hosting ends, so we move it to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in your name. That's a one-off NZ$165 for up to 3 mailboxes, then NZ$45 for each extra one, and you pay the provider directly, usually a few dollars a month per mailbox. If your email is already with Google, Microsoft or another provider, we leave it where it is.
Can I change the website myself?
Not on our plans. Email us the change with any photos, and most changes are live the same working day. Care covers small text and photo changes. On Hosting, and for anything bigger, we quote first. If you'd rather edit your site yourself every week, a builder like Wix or Squarespace will suit you better.
Do I need a monthly plan?
Yes, if we host it. The site needs hosting to stay online, and every plan includes it. If you'd rather host it yourself, we hand over the website files.
Can I cancel a plan?
Hosting, Care, Growth and Growth Plus can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice. The nothing-upfront plan runs for 24 payments, and you can pay off the rest at any time. If you leave, we give you a copy of the website files.
Can you do bookings or an online shop?
We connect the booking or job system you already use, such as Fresha, Timely, Kitomba, Cliniko, ServiceM8 or Tradify, or the booking page from your accommodation system, such as SiteMinder or Little Hotelier. We don't build online shops. If you already have one, such as Shopify or Square, we link to it.
Do you know the rules for health websites?
We write health sites to AHPRA's advertising guidelines in Australia, and to your registration board's rules and the ASA codes in New Zealand. That means no patient testimonials and no claims about results. Compliance stays with you as the practitioner, and we'll change anything you're not comfortable with.

It's how we find new clients. If you don't want it, we follow up once and then won't contact you again.
